About Us
The company behind “BIGLOO” – Severnside Relocatable Systems Limited (click here to visit the site)– is a small independent specialist portable and prefabricated building company that has been trading for over twenty-five years and is still in the same ownership. One of the things they offer are refurbished portable toilet buildings as well as classrooms and other portable cabins.
Based on a one acre site (10% of which we have rewilded) in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire.
Environmentally we try to follow the ‘reduce reuse recycle’ principle by reusing and repurposing ‘used’ portable buildings and materials, alongside the newbuild. One of our vehicles still in use was purchased at the incorporation of the company in 1997!
Over the years we have supplied a wide range of portable and prefabricated units (all fitted out with quality equipment), ranging from police stations, classrooms, toilet facilities, disabled toilets – featuring a comfort height toilet, offices, canteens, storage units, containers, showers, restroom facilities, to an engine test room for a formula one team. We also specialise in the relocation of modular classrooms and offices.
We can remove most redundant portable buildings and containers from your premises, to either reuse and recycle, or to dispose of in line with current regulations.
Our customer base is an eclectic mix of county council education departments, farmers, various branches of the ministry of defence, multi-national companies, small building companies, schools, camping sites, councils and police forces.
Our aim is to provide everyone who deals with us with the same level of dependable service and care. In house we have over 80 years of experience in the portable buildings / mobile toilet sector.
BIGLOO was inspired by the “changing places concept” which first came to our attention via a short report on the television regarding these accessible toilets.
After supplying other portable stand alone self contained buildings to a local inclusive cycling project, our contact there was able to give us more information and insight into this enhanced toilet/changing facility for disabled people suitable for wheelchairs. The main area of our operation is in the South West, West Midlands and South Wales. But we would certainly consider any projects involving our deluxe BIGLOO wheelchair - accessible toilet range further afield.
